AE: Duplicate composition with it’s precomps

In this quick video we demonstrate a simple way of duplicating compositions that contain nested precomps, without the need for any 3rd party tools. If your project is very complicated, you can first save a temporary copy and use the “reduce project” command to eliminate all other comps besides the ones you need to duplicate before importing it to your main project.

Blender copy dynamic paint settings

I couldn’t find this answer very easily by searching so here it is in case it helps someone else:

When you are using dynamic paint and you want to copy the settings of one brush into multiple objects, selected the objects, then select the object you want to copy from and finally go to object–>make links–>modifiers.

In other words dynamic paint is counted as a modifier even though the settings reside inside the physics tab.
